How it works

A container is opened or sold. One scan takes it off.

Shelf check. Scan what is there, set the numbers, done.

Unknown product? Name it once, it is in the catalog for good.
Every change is logged: who, what, when.
Undo a scan on the spot.

Reordering

The order list writes itself.

Each product has a reorder level. When the count drops to it, the product goes on the list with a suggested quantity, and the club admin gets an email. Copy the list and paste it into your order.

Frequently asked

Do I have to install an app?

No. ShelfGrove runs in the browser on any iPhone or Android. Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen like an app.

What do I scan?

The linear barcode on each container or bag. The first time a product is scanned, you give it a name once and it is in the catalog for good.

What is the difference between Receive, Use and Count?

Receive adds containers to the shelf when an order arrives. Use takes one off when a container is opened or sold. Count sets the shelf to exactly what you see, for a periodic check.

How does it know what to reorder?

Each product has a reorder level, one by default. When the count drops to that level the product goes on your order list with a suggested quantity, and the club admin gets an email.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. The club admin adds staff and workers from Settings. Workers scan; staff can also fix counts and see history; the admin runs the club.
